The 2025 Dream List Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Breezi Inc., 8 The Grn, Ste R, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States ("Sponsor").
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who have a valid Instagram account at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) of each are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 27, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 2, 2025 (the "Entry Period").
During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the following methods:
Limit: Maximum of ten (10) total entries per person during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.
One (1) winner will receive their Dream List items up to a total retail value of $2,000 USD. Sponsor will purchase items directly based on winner's Dream List created during the Entry Period. Substitutions may be made if specific items become unavailable. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable.
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on January 3, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours of notification. If potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to provide required information or documentation, or is otherwise ineligible, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within 5 days of notification.
By entering, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; and (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Instagram from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
